General Malfeasance. Suspect is a 19-year-old white male, 5’10’’. After arresting the suspect and bringing him back to headquarters, the Officer on duty has reason to believe he may have contraband on his person. As a result, he conducts a thorough pat down and a strip search. After confirming the suspect is clean, he proceeds to questioning, informing the suspect of his charges and preparing him for incarceration. The suspect attempts to bribe the Officer with money, but the Officer declines to accept. Ultimately, the suspect reaches an understanding with the Officer and is allowed to leave the precinct.
